Korea

HR Administrator

PURPOSE OF POSITION: 

Human Resources (70%)

-       Manage payroll including incentive, severance, insurance and withholding tax

-       Manage benefit programs 

-       Manage HRIS system and employee master

-      Support  recruiting and on/off-boarding process

-       Update organizational information

-       Lead company events and engagement activities 

-       Participate in salary market survey 

-       Conduct mandatory trainings

-       Support HR manager for administrative duties 

 

General Affairs (20%)

-       Manage office supplies such as stocks, orders, etc. 

-       Greet/help clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude

-       Deal with phone calls, couriers, and mail 

-    Lead company PR activities 

-    Forecast and plan the annual GA Budgets

 

GM Assistant (10%)

-       Conduct secretarial duties for expense claim, arrangement and other assignment if needed

QUALIFICATION: 

ㆍ Bachelor`s degree in Finance/ Accounting is preferred 

ㆍ Fluent in both Korean and English 

ㆍ Proficiency in Excel 

ㆍ Basic knowledge of HR related laws and regulations
