Our code of conduct guides strict compliance with all international and local laws and regulations and proactively facilitates reporting of any unlawful or improper conduct. We commit to investigate any such reports seriously at speed.

Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct is a fundamental guide for each of us to act with integrity. It promotes ethical behaviours, guarantees compliance with all laws and regulations, and facilitates the reporting of improper and unlawful conduct. By setting positive principles and rules of conduct, it demonstrates our commitment to employees, patients, business partners and the community at large.

Reporting Improper and Unlawful Conduct

At Menarini, we investigate all acts of misconduct seriously. Our dedicated whistleblowing channels facilitate effective reporting of any irregularities. Statements can be made voluntarily and anonymously via our EthicsPoint. All reported concerns will be reviewed confidentially and without fear of reprisal.
