How Menarini Asia-Pacific Processes Job Applicants’ Data

A. Menarini Asia-Pacific Holdings Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates (“we”, “our”, “us”) processes personal data of job applicants as described below, subject to, and in full compliance with, the applicable laws.

What data we process

Personal data we process includes personal information (e.g. name, surname, date of birth, image, gender), contact information, remuneration data, data pertaining to job applicants’ CV, and data pertaining to job applicants’ criminal convictions. In Singapore, job applicants’ NRIC and other identification (numbers and copies) are collected, used, disclosed and retained by us in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act.

Why and how we process your data

We process personal data for the following purposes:

-checks on job applicants’ identity, role eligibility and right to work

-verifying employment history, qualifications, experience and references

-vetting and background screening

-recruitment and selection (including interviews, assessments, psychometric profiling, shortlisting, job offer and benefits (where applicable)

-pre-employment administration and management

-business analytics and improvements.

We process personal data manually and electronically, and store it on our company systems, networks and devices.

We retain personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or for legal and/or regulatory purposes.

Who may access your data

We may disclose and transfer personal data (locally or overseas) to:

-companies of the Menarini Group for organisational, administrative, financial and accounting activities

-third-party partners/service providers to the Menarini Group in connection with the abovementioned purposes

-other third parties if required or permitted by law.

Your consent and rights

By submitting your job application and providing your personal data (and other data) to us, you are deemed to have consented to the processing of your personal data.
